What can I expect from Yokohama Puzzle Adventure?
With Yokohama Puzzle Adventure, we can help you create your own personalized puzzle-solving tour through Yokohama Chinatown in line with your interests! After purchasing our game kit, you will create your own guide map. As you continue to solve interesting puzzles, you'll learn about the unique history of Yokohama. Use your guide map to explore, and let the puzzles lead you through mysterious alleyways. There is no time limit, so you are free to enjoy the experience at your own pace—take detours, visit cool shops, and indulge yourself in delicious street food.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held outdoors. In case of rain or hot/cold days, there is still a way to enjoy this event, ask the staff!
How long does the experience last?
People usually spend 2 to 3 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Since this experience is held in the city of Yokohama, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to visit! Please note that business days and hours may differ for each establishment.

Yes.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You can pick up your game kit from 11:00am - 4:00pm on weekdays & up until 5:00 pm on weekends and Holidays. You may play the game at any time after receiving your game kit. Please refrain from playing early in the morning or late at night, as it may disturb the residents of the area.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
As it is an experience held in the city of Yokohama, local rules apply for the access of pets or service animals.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age restriction, however due to the difficulty level of the puzzles, the recommended age is 12 and above.
Children age 11 and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (age 18 and above).
*The accompanying parent/guardian must also purchase a ticket.
*Children age 5 and below, if accompanied by a parent or guardian, can participate for free.
Is there parking available?
No, there are no parking lots or bicycle lots at the game kit pickup locations. Please make use of public parking near the stations or use public transportation.
Is the venue accessible?
Since the experience takes place throughout the city of Asakusa, accessibility may vary depending on the specific routes you take.
It is recommended for wheelchair-bound individuals to have someone assist them.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will not include strobe lights.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Game kits can be purchased at the pick-up site on the day, however it is possible they may sell out on busy days. It is highly recommended to book your tickets in advance in the Fever App on Google Play, Apple Store or on the Fever website.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for the experience can be purchased on Fever.
Can I make a Group Booking?
This experience does not feature Group Tickets. Please purchase a ticket for every participating person.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
